What is a waste ink pad counter?
The waste ink pad counter tracks the amount of ink absorbed by the waste ink pads, which collect excess ink during printing and maintenance processes. When the counter reaches its limit, the printer may display an error message indicating that the waste ink pads are full, preventing further printing until it is addressed.

The online printer reset for each printer model’s cost ranges from 15 USD to 30 USD or more depending on the model of the printer.
Can I reset the ink cartridges through the printer online reset?
No. You won’t be able to reset ink cartridges through the waste ink pad counter resetter. To do otherwise, you have to buy CISS or Auto-Reset Chips, or else purchase a new cartridge with a Cartridge Resetter. We don t provide this product.
